I got hired to work at a thrift store in Harrisonburg called
Mercy House. They are a non-profit business, so it doesn't pay a lot. But the schedule is nice, and it's less than 15 minutes to get there... and I'll be helping a ministry out-- they are a ministry of a local family shelter in town. I'll probably pick up a side job to make up the difference. But I'm just glad to be working and productive again!
It snowed like mad last week! A none of that sissy southern snow, either. This was the real deal!!!
At 8am this is what it looked like...

Total of six inches by 2pm!
Jonathan took the afternoon off and we went sledding, made a snowman, and played in the snow :)
