To quote my friend, Greg...
"Spiderman turned emo in the third movie. It's emo-spidey!"
I agree... anyone else think it was cheesy that Peter Parker was trying to be evil, but doing a terrible job at it?
This resurrection life you received from God is not a timid, grave-tending life. It's adventurously expectant, greeting God with a childlike "What's next, Papa?" God's Spirit touches our spirits and confirms who we really are. We know who he is, and we know who we are: Father and children. And we know we are going to get what's coming to us—an unbelievable inheritance! Rom. 8:15-16, Message

yeah, it was cheesy when he decided to wear eyeliner, dye his hair black and get crazy with the ladies. peter parker just isn't good at being bad.
aside from his sweetness- turned- obnoxiousness and resulting in a spear into his girlfriend's heart, he was quite entertaining in his new mood.
Yeah during the whole movie, my friend Sean and I were like, "Oh my gosh...it keeps getting more and more EMO! First he's bawling like a baby, then his hair does that flippy thing AND gets two shades darker...then we were like PLEASE NOT THE BLACK ZIP-UP HOODIE! Then of course he comes onscreen in a BLACK ZIP-UP HOODIE!
ahahahahaha
